Guinness World Records are looking for the "World's Tallest Married Couple"

My name is David Taylor and I am a Talent Researcher for Guinness World Records. My role is to source interesting new content for the next edition of the book (2010).

One new category we have opened up this year is the "Tallest Couple". The human body section of our book is always very popular and readers are always intrigued by the tallest man and woman. So we thought, why not try and find the tallest married man and woman.

The information that would need to go on there would be that we are looking for the tallest married couple (combined height). They need to have a marriage certificate so we can prove they are a couple.

We would also open up another category for tallest same-sex couple. However, the same applies, they would need proof of marriage/civil partnership depending on the legal terminology used in their country.
