Ziyu appears to be the tallest woman in the world. She’s officially listed by the FIBA Website at 7’3, or 220 centimeters. A woman in Turkey (Rumeysa Gelgi) listed at 215 centimeters was known as the tallest woman in the world as recently as last year. Supposedly she was already 6'10" when she was 11 years old.
